Shoe-d-vision is a cooperative society owned by its members, and its highest authority is the annual general meeting. The Board of Directors is made up of owners, all of whom have roots in Denmark or Norway.

Shoe-d-vision’s management have the shared responsibility of reinforcing and developing Skoringen’s position in the market and creating value for all our owners. Shoe-d-vision has a management group consisting of six members who are each responsible for their own function area: Purchasing, Finance, IT, the Denmark market, the Norway market and Marketing.
Shoe-d-vision is led by CEO Frank Siim Sørensen, who heads up the work of developing a strong community. “As a member of Shoe-d-vision, you gain many advantages when both starting up and operating your store thanks to valuable management systems, professional advice and best practice from our head office and fellow stores in Norway and Denmark.”
Shoe-d-vision’s Board of Directors consists of a Chair and five members, all of whom possess considerable knowledge about shoes and extensive experience of running Skoringen stores in both Norway and Denmark.
